Putting in the practice time

We have been trying to help Sophie see the value of putting in practice time for things if she wants to see real results. An example of this is piano. She can't expect to get better at reading music if she doesn't practice.

Most times it just comes down to hard work.

On another note, one of our priorities this year was for Fynn to have some more social time (outside of school and daycare). I arranged for his buddy Kash to come over on Sunday for a couple of hours, and they had a good time.

I went to the movie Anna Karenina with a few work friends. Quite an unusual adaption of the book (not that I have read the book) but it is quite different with the set changes. Beautiful costuming.
