The Fall Fair

I have submitted photos to the SA Fall Fair for the past three years.  Last year I was fortunate enough to take home two ribbons.  I went into this competition reasonably confident that perhaps one of the photos would catch the judge's eye (probably because I did okay last year).  When I found out that none of them did this year, I must admit it does bug me a bit.  I suppose that is normal since whenever you put something of yourself into any endeavour and then to not do as well as you wish, it is disappointing.  You start comparing yourself and trying to dissect what you did wrong.  Ugh - such a cycle for me.
