The premise of the movie: Determined to make her own path in life, Princess Merida defies a custom that brings chaos to her kingdom. Granted one wish, Merida must rely on her bravery and her archery skills to undo a beastly curse.
It has a strong, positive message for young girls which I really liked Sophie hearing. Fynn enjoyed the three little red haired brothers in the movie -- I think they reminded him of himself -- a real mischief maker.
Sophie is all set for her last day of school tomorrow. I will be picking her up at around 10:30am. She did a nice card for her dear teacher tonight and she has a little gift for her. Grade 2 was a great year for Sophie!
