I love this photo of Sophie. I snapped it before we headed out to Vernon today.
Later this evening we had Vic's Rotary Christmas party which was a nice excuse to get my hair done and get dressed up. I really like getting ready for going out at Christmas time. It's not really my thing the rest of the time of year (probably because I feel like I have to get "dressed" everyday to go to work) but it does feel more special this time of year. We also tried out our new babysitter Marley who was great with the kids. Nice to have another sitter in the roster.
