Sometime in the early 70s, our family took a short vacation to Spokane WA. I remember quite vividly getting a Flatsy Doll. Her name was Rally and she had the little green outfit and the car. I loved that doll. I found her on the Internet!
I was playing dolls with Sophie today. I was telling her how much I loved playing with my Barbies when I was little and she said how much she has fun with them, too. Then we moved over to dressing her American Girl doll. Sophie said she is "sort of my sister." I thought that was very cute :)
