alien is our neighbour's cat.
he is a friendly little guy. he once found his way into our house when contractors
were finishing our basement and accidentally got locked in our house all day when we were at work.
at first sophie was scared of him, but now she is starting to like him.

(even though it's a Canadian winter, i have my daughter dressed in a skort (because she likes dresses and skirts), but she is wearing tights).

and there is nothing wrong with a skirt in winter. i always wear pants, but wish i had warm enough tights for a skirt!
I'm happy to hear that Sophie is making friends with the furry neighbours. It's great to make friends of every size and shape, especially ones that like to cuddle.
