It was nice to chill out at home today and enjoy our surroundings.
Sophie (and mom) wrote her letter to Santa (our retired Canada Post employees pen the letters back to kids) and we watched this. The holiday season has officially begun.
Thanks for the reminder, we must get on that Santa letter really soon. And the Christmas cards too. Oh, not enough time in a day...Do you think Santa can bring me a few extra hours in his sleigh this year?

We are actually hoping to have a cozy Thanksgiving this year. Very, very small and laid back. First time in years.

i only mailed a letter to santa once, but i still have the letter i got back!
