The pool was a lovely 81 degrees or so today and we spent a couple of hours in our backyard. The ambience really does make some of the hassles with having a pool (that Vic mostly handles without too much trouble) all worth it.
We also had guests over a bit later and they got to go for a swim too - his cousin Neville and his wife and their two children, Nev's sister Tiffany and Nev and Tiff's cousin Rachael. Rachael happens to be bilingual so it was great having her read some stories in French to Sophie :)
A great start to the summer season.

hey Joanne, you guys should come up anytime! We will in in Oliver for July 1 weekend, but apart from that are home for most of July.
