I am desperately in search of a comfortable position to be upright in that doesn't hurt my low-mid right side of my back. Nothing seems to help except being reclined with a pillow between my knees. Needless to say, this isn't conducive to sitting at my desk at work.
Today was good. I took Sophie to swimming lessons(she is a sea turtle). The two weeks of swimming during our vacation has really helped her confidence. She's coming right along...and I think tomorrow I won't even have to get into my bathing suit and go in the pool with her. That would be oh, so nice since getting into my swim wear midway through the work day is a pain.
I also went to my Monday night fitness class today. It's a step aerobics class and I have been gradually modifying the class, to the point where I'm still moving and "being active" but definately not breaking much more than a light sweat. It's just too much effort and uncomfortable with this big belly in front of me.
29 weeks this Wednesday :)

i'm glad everything else is going ok sheri, aside from your back pain. i hope you find some relief.
I heard prenatal pilates can be really soothing. I was never much for step. Too hard on the shins.
