normally on Wednesday's, i go to a group fitness class. it didn't work out with my schedule today, so i went to an evening power yoga class.
i've been working out in some way,shape or form since i was about 18. for a long time it was about trying to reshape my body. lose some down there, add more up top. in the last year or so, i've finally stepped away from that. it's all about being selective with what I eat, working out to feel good (because i still love to break a sweat), working my core so when i'm an old lady of 85 i still have good posture...
that's what's so cool about yoga. it's about feeling good.
anyone else into it?

i love a good sweat myself. i gives you such a good feeling that you have invested some time and energy into yourself. and the physical payoffs are great too.
i used to take yoga but it is just too far away for me to keep going now that lily is in the picture...i really need to find a new class!!!
I made a lenten resolution to go to the gym- just walk, pilates, yoga to clear my head...and feel healthier...
i've always wanted to take a yoga class, but just haven't done it yet.
