
I'm back at trying the blog thing again. Promise to try and keep it up this time.
So, what do you do when you have 4 killer productive tomato plants that just don't quit?
Make Salsa. Vic and I tried our hand at canning this Sunday. Rather satisfying hearing that little "pop" when jars seal. We were a little nervous since our canning experiencing is rather limited (almost non existent).
It is yummy if we do say so ourselves.

This makes me very happy to see that you're blogging! I could have sworn when I first met you you had a blog, but then I could never find it again and I've always thought I was crazy. So you DID have a blog? : )
My mom always makes us salsa. Every year. And we love it. She actually even makes different kinds (like mild, hot etc.) for our different preferences. We're a little spoiled :)

yummy... I love the plop too! Then there is the equally satisfiying "whoosh" when you open it in December and get fresh salsa! :)
