i walked around laurel point just a few weeks ago. :) i imagine things will be even in more bloom now. lucky you! if you get a chance there is a chocolate/ice cream shop on government street, two blocks up from the empress that sells frozen cheesecake on a stick. best thing i ate the entire time i was there! i can't remember the name of the store but it's across the street from ric's steakhouse and a gelato place.
