my little man

Here he is -- almost 6 months old!

Official stats as of this week's Health Nurse appointment:
15 lbs, 12.8 ounces (50th percentile)
25 1/8 inches long (10th percentile)

He's starting to take even more interest in his dinner time rice cereal.
A very happy little guy who makes so many people smile.

We all went for a walk after Vic got home from work tonight. We are a family who is into fitness and we generally need to "shake off" the stress of the day by exercising late afternoon/early evening. Whether it is swimming for Vic or group fitness for me, we usually are doing something each evening. I find Sophie really benefits when she gets out for some exercise too. She runs around a lot during the day, but I find she settles down so much better if she can burn off any excess energy just before we sit down to dinner. It cuts down on "TV-itis" too...that prolonged vegetation in front of the TV watching cartoons.
