growing season

We are trying our hand at growing beans here.
Like you did in school -- putting a bean in the bottom of a jar and some damp paper towel. We have three jars on our dining room window getting full sun.
Sophie's job is to spritz them with water when the paper towel is dry.
She quite loves to spritz other things around the house too.

And the Scholastic book order form appeared at daycare today.
I love Scholastic. I think a Fancy Nancy book is in order this month.
